I live here and this is the worst place I have ever lived, the management lies about trying to help you and the rest of the staff just do not care. We have had roaches in this place since we moved in, we kept telling them until they sent someone out, that did nothing but bring more out, then Ashlee told us that the people that move out above us had an infestation in the apartment. We asked why didn't you tell us that before we moved in. We also asked to be moved which they denied, all Ashlee would say is I have a child also and she new how we felt. Well that' or better yet burned downs a lie, let her live in this crap then tell me she knows how we feel, but to top it out a bat swooped down on my kids and I this morning at 5:30am, scared us to death. We can not wait to leave this place, I would not let dogs live here, this place should be closed down or burned downed. I hate this place. How do you only spray three apartments and not the whole building when you see bugs in the hallways.

OK, creepy--Strathmore is truly an awful place on the whole. If you have roaches and you can't get a response, CONTACT MONTGOMERY COUNTY LANDLORD-TENANT. You can also contact the Housing Authority about substandard housing because of the roaches and Strathmore's refusal to deal appropriately with them. Ashlee is sweet but incompetent, and those under her are often far worse. The Housing Authority is charged with enforcing code violations, which the roach problem certainly is.

What building do you live In? I don't see bugs in my apartment or in the hallways. I also know that Stathmore house is not responsible for bats unless the bat was in your apartment. Bats live everywhere and not only around Stathmore House apartments. Why don't you buy the bug bombs and bomb your apartment. I am sure that would take care of the problem if Montgomery county doesn't act on your request for help.
