Best deal for the money

Before deciding to move to Suburban Hill, I had researched apartments in the Silver Spring area extensively. There is definitely no better deal in the area. I rent a 2bd/2ba for $1075, which includes all utilities. You also get individually controlled AC access, so it can be as cold or as hot as you want in your apartment.
I love the big windows and hardwood floors. I live on the top floor (and would definitely recommend doing so) so I can't speak to the noise from the floors.
The management is extremely nice and friendly especially Yasmine. I'm pretty sure that they all live here, so obviously that says something about the quality of the apartments.
The major con for me is the lack of a dishwasher. Also, I did see one roach a few days ago, but I am pretty sure that every apartment complex in the area has roaches, and all you can do is take steps to prevent them and be as clean as possible. Since then I have been extremely tidy and have yet to see another one. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
