Suburban Hill Apartments

Love these apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I've been here nine months and its been great. Haven't seen a roach or any signs of one and I'm not super clean. The management is very proactive in treating for roaches - they've treated the whole building twice since I've been here. The mainenance is superb - they are always painting or fixing some part of the building so nothing ever looks worn down. The comments about the parking lot are hilarious. Late at night you do have to park at the end of it but the parking lot is so small you're talking about a 2 minute walk at the most. The apartments are big, lots of light from the big windows, best kitchen I've ever had (even in the houses I've owned), beautiful floors, great storage. The apartments feel very safe. Only problem is the apartments are a little noisier than some that I have lived in - the sound proofing between units isn't the best. I rarely hear other tenants though. Incredible value for the money.
