Pretty Darn Good

The apartment is quite large for the price, and the floors are the first thing that any guests talk about when they come to visit. Also I don't hear any noise really from other renters, except when in the bathroom for some reason (I think that it is their kitchen so...). Maintenance is always out and about and the common areas always smell clean. The elevator usually is working, although always has a new interesting smell in it (even if you were in it 30 minutes ago, it will smell different!). The staff/management live in the building, which helps for knowing that they care about the upkeep of the building. However, there are some concerns... mostly with managment:
The manager lives on the first floor, right by the door, and will blast techno music into the late hours of the night, it doesn't bother me, because I'm always coming or going when I hear it, but I feel sorry for his neighbors, as I can hear it from the middle of the parking lot.
Also management plays favorites among the renters, I used to be a favorite, and one time my roommate went to pick up a package - staff told her that there was none, and when I went to go pick it up later, they told me that they had just wanted to see me, and that's why they didn't give it to her - WEIRD!
I have seen a few roaches, but hey... it's a pretty big building.
There's a few weird bubbles in the wall that just showed up a couple months ago, we painted over a year ago so why they are showing up now... not sure... but kind of weird too!
