I guess you can call me old fashioned but not having a dish washer doesn't bother me at all. I never hear my neighbors and it's very quiet, the office staff is very warm and friendly. They try very hard to think of new ideas to not just make this a place to live, but also make it a home, including family movie nights, numerous parties, halloween, Christmas contest and events. Your mail is very secure, and the management is very particular about trash and pest problems, one bug and you can best believe they will have pest control their the next day.

The only problem is parking. I think this is due to people parking in the lot who don't reside in the building.

No place is perfect, there will always be a problem or two, but having come from another garden style apartment up New Hampshire Avenue where the walls were paper thin, crime in the parking lots etc, this place is heaven to me.
