If your income is big enough, of course you can find a more luxurious apartment building; so what's stopping you' If you have a problem because you may get some noisy neighbors, consider a house. Apartment life is not for you. On the other hand, if the cost of Suburban Hill Apartments fit your budget, you are getting a great deal for your money. You get a nice place to call home. For the most part, Suburban Hill is managed and maintained by people who also live on the premises. This works very well for an apartment complex of this size. When you move in, they really provide you with a large, fresh and clean apartment. The shinny, golden-brown wooden floors glow with a warm and welcoming feel. The management is made up of human beings. No one is perfect, but each one of them has a heart. Sometimes you just have to be aware of how to deal with people who have individual personalities. Any immature person can move in and find fault.

This is a response to the above response and to some of the other reviews. In a response to one person's review, Anonymous says: "This review sounds like management and Fake!!!!" I totally agree with the reviewer and not the responder. I live here, but I work for the government. I just happen to have been around long enough and lived in enough apartments, neighborhoods and cities in the USA as well as abroad, to recognize a good deal for the money. If I did not like the place, I would move -- I have a job. I'm not stuck. I think if many people out there tried living here, they too would like it. If I thought otherwise, I would not have a problem saying so. And for someone to make comments about the political affiliations of the staff is just ridiculous, (in my opinion). Someone said that the staff talks about your business. Well guess what, everyone talks about everything. Lawyers disclose client information, Doctors talk about their patients, Employers talk about their employees. Get Real. If you conduct yourself in a certain manner, you will get respect. If someone has seriously done you wrong, sue them! If you need to keep a veil of secrecy around yourself, get more creative,and consider buying a house. I mean really, this is an apartment building. If your next door neighbors are loud enough, you may even hear them making love. Honestly, save your money and buy a house. Do us all a favor, who can appreciate a good apartment community, go live by yourself and mind your own business. Don't expect people not to talk. Where do you go to find people who don't talk? I guess if you have something to hide, you may have a problem with people talking about you.
