I ve lived here about ten months and I must say I enjoy it. Parking is really not that big of a deal. No you may not get a space right in front of the door every night but it s not like you have to walk that far. The lot is not that big and at least you don t have to park on the street. I have never feared for my safety here. I have not heard of the attempted break-ins to the building that someone else mentioned. I have heard that someone s car got broken into but from my perspective that can happen anywhere. The apartments are very spacious, and the floors are absolutely beautiful. I have never heard my neighbors. I live on the side close to New Hampshire Ave so when the windows are open there is a lot of noise from the street. Management is great. There is a pest problem that took a while to get rid of. They will not spray if you have cats or small children so it takes longer to get under control. But it s gotten much better. But you make some sacrifices when it comes to apartment living. All in all I highly recommend it. You can t beat the price for what you get in this area.
