Suburban Hill has by far been the best apartment complex I've ever lived in - I only moved out because I got a job in another city. I was there for two years and loved it. The rooms are spacious and bright, utilities are included, it's right near 2 bus routes, has nice laundry facilities, and a decent fitness center. The management is really on top of everything, they respond to any problems almost immediately. Yes, I have seen a few bugs over the years, but usually only when someone nearby was moving out and it's taken care of right away. I could occasionally hear my neighbors as well, but it was only one bad apartment and I never had an issue after the people there left. Definitely a great deal and a good place to live!
