Pros:
Management - very friendly & helpful
Facility - outdoor pool in the summer, a few pieces of workout equipment, basketball court
People in the apartment complex are great; it's quiet
Utilities included (except cable/internet/phone)
Location - close to DC, and close to University of Maryland, where I take classes

Cons:
Neighborhood - I feel very unsafe in the area, but I don't think that would be any different in other neighborhods this close to DC & at this price
Laundry - You have to pay to use the machines, and it can get expensive. My husband & I do laundry at our friends house.
No dishwasher! Ok, it's really not too bad since we don't have a lot of dishes. But I'm spoiled.
