I have lived in Suburban Hill for the past two years, and I cannot speak highly enough about both the staff and the facilities. Now that I have to move away, I wanted to write a review because I was so happy with my experience there. Every service request I initiated was always handled within the day, sometimes the hour, and having free access to the gym facilities was a great bonus. The staff in the office and throughout the building were always friendly, and I was very impressed by how clean all the public areas were kept. It was also a great benefit to have all the utilities and parking included in each month's rent, which was only raised about 4% total over the past two years! I highly reccomend Suburban Hill, especially to incomming graduate students to the Universit of Maryland. The campus is only a 5 minute drive away on side roads.
