I must say that I think highly of this place. I have lived here for 2 years and I love it. First,I must note that it is expensive but worth it. You have to pay for comfort. I am a 25 year old single female and I feel very safe coming into the building at night and I come in anytime between 12 midnight until 3 am . The property is clean and well-kept. I haven't seen any mice or roaches in my apartment. Although some people have roaches but management will have an exterminator come out asap. Maintenance is good about fixing stuff promptly. Overall, the neighboors are friendly. The best thing I like is that teenagers and kids don't hang out in front nor around the building. No place is perfect, but this place is far from terrible compared to many other places in Silver Spring.

If you are a member of the dominate Jewish community at the Warwick, you will probably never have problems. However, if you are not, believe that a survey has been taken of your personal effects, including your sensitive records.
