So far so good!

I've lived here for about 6 months and have been pretty happy so far. The prices are very reasonable, the location is great, and the neighbors and management are all very friendly.

One warning: if you're very bothered by the sound of footsteps above you, live on the top floor: the floors are VERY creaky in spite of carpeting!
