The price is a little high, you're pretty much paying to live close to the mall. I guess it evens out a little because all the utilities are included. Only bad thing with the utilities is the a/c and heat are switched over by the management. So if it's hot as hell cause summer's coming, you might want to buy a stand-alone a/c unit because it's going to be a while before they cut the a/c on.

When the power goes out, the management does nothing about it because according to them "it is the electric company's problem".

You must have a parking permit to live there. You can only have one per car per person on the lease. I have two cars so I have to park the one without the sticker on the side of the road (all the way up by the entrance). It was recently hit (noone stopped of course) and then it was towed. I paid $120 to get it back. And you don't really want to park it on the street with the way people drive down that side road, not to mention all the hoodlums that like to lurk around at night.

The maintenance is slow, and when they do get around to it they perform a half-ass job.

They advertised having a pool, but the maintenence is "too expensive" for the amount of people that actually swim there. So the pool has been under "renovations" for the last God-only-knows-how-long. Noone has seen any work done to it. But be sure that they are charging you for a pool on your lease!

Overall, more headaches than good times at these apartments.

I don't understand. How could you complain about them for giving one parking permit per individual on the lease?? Not only that, but you continue to whine about how you parked it all the way up by the entrance on the side of the road and it got hit and nobody stopped and it got toed and blah blah blah. I mean geez lewis!!!! Also, if the electricity is gone, what do you exactly expect them to do?? it would be a different story if it happened over and over while other people in the neighborhood has the electricity. Seriously. You need to get laid
