Pros-
The apartments are walking distance to a metro, Right across the street from Best Buy, close to a Safeway and a Mall! Very good location!, Being in the Military we were able to break the lease early with new orders easily and received a discount on rent, I did not feel unsafe here at all (I went to UM until 10 pm and walked home from the metro), The grounds were kept very neat.
Cons-
The office staff contradicted each other most of the time and like to hang up on you, You Have to have renters insurance to live here and they will call and fax all of your information to get this but then will not help cancel this once you move (They would not even send a fax sheet verifying the move out date to the company), ROACHES are a HUGE problem no matter how many times I called to get my place exterminated they were back the next day (I lived in 10901), They state that there is a pool but then when you sign the lease they say they don't use it even in the summer and they will help you get a membership to a "nearby" pool.
P.S. Be careful and make sure that you and your guests have your parking pass and it is not one day expired! No matter what time of day/ day of the week it is... your car WILL get towed! (The apartments do not pay YOU do!)
