Times sure have changed in Windsor Court. I (as you can see) have lived here for well over a decade and things have changed very much for the worse. When we started here, the management as well as maintenance people were top notch (Jerry was the best). Now, it seems like everyone there is very inexperienced and kind of lackluster. There have been many rules and policy changes in the past few years as well. while some had good intentions, most, if not all, have been poorly executed or just thrown upon the tenants without explanation or reason (whats with the fencing throughout the complex and just being tacked directly onto the building like that). Also, the buildings are quite old and its definitely starting to show. they have had to repair a leak over my bathtub three times in the past 1.5 years. We had the same problem in the master bathroom, living room, dining room, hallway closet and now i think there's a drip above the kitchen sink. also, If you live on the bottom floor, expect to have your kitchen sink need snaking every 5-6 months as everything from the upper floors comes right down to where you're pipes drain out. We've never really had a major infestation problem except for when neighbors move in/out. it seems that roaches reside only in unoccupied apartments or something.
