Winexburg Manor Apartments

Very Frustrating From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   We moved here four months ago and I am truly getting fed up with the maintenance issues plauging our apartment. We have had mold, flooding from the ceilings, floors, and vents, and every time someone comes to fix it they leave a mess. Its too bad because they apartments are spacious, I haven't had any problems with bugs (they send exterminators monthly), and management is generally helpful and apologetic when things go wrong. But without some serious upgrades, these apartments aren't worth living in.
