I've lived in Allentowne Apartments since Oct. 2008 and I have had NO problems what so ever. The staff is friendly, my apartment is nice a specious. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and it's 800 square feet. I mean that's the best I've seen around town. I have no roaches or mice or any pest of any kind and I know I am not the neatest person in the world. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and I'm a single mother with a 3 year old child. This is my first apartment and I plan on staying here for a while. In fact, I will be moving into a 2 bedroom within the next 2 months. Take it from me this is a nice place to live!

It's still the same for me, I have a 3 year old and he HATES bugs! so he would have told me if he seen them. The only thing that's annoying is the water bugs that tend to come from outside but it was rapid in the spring. I told them about it and they quickly put somthing on the bottom of the door. It's a really nice and quiet place to live seriously. I'm about to move into a 2 bedroom come next month. I can't deal with roaches and mice myself! I can somewhat deal with a roach here and there but NOT MICE but like I said I don't have roaches or mice and i can be a lil messy (just keepin it real) LOL but yea it's cool over here and the staff is cool too. If you ever want to come and look at my place just send me a email. I totally know how it feels to try and find "the right" apartment!

hello rmiller983 and lookingforapts1709 i did not move there yet, but thank you for giving me assurance that u r comfortable at your apt rmiller im just getting back on the site and still looking for an apt but im coming over there today when i get off to apply again and hopefully get approved and move in, i was just unsure bcuz the apts dont have building doors thats y i was skeptical about moving in there, i did view the apts and they are ok just didnt like the idea that they didnt have building doors, but definitely today is my day, girl i been looking since june and its either i dont make enough dont have much credit or rental history or the apts where just some plain shiiiit dirty and not up to date, roaches!!! o gosh so thats y i havent settled in yet and also the people i see in the areas i been to as well was a factor in my decision, lol went to capital courts yesterday and their apts over on walker mill rd are a mess cracked paint and wall fixtures,sink coming apart in the kitchen,old assssss bathroom and cigarette burns on the tub, old cabinets and the carpet was not new, closet doors stuck together, i was mad as shiiit!! lol please let allentown be ok for me despite the fact that they dont have building doors!
