If you have kids definetly don't do it!!!! They'll hate U for it. I moved in to Ashton Heights in July of 04 and everything was ok but now whew! Management has change 3 times in 1 year, rats - yes I said it RATS and ROACHES are everywhere. The entire building is infested and it needs to be knocked down and rebuilt. The maintenance staff is very nice but for a building with 16 floors they only have 2 maintenance techs. I thought it was just me but even the maintenance staff is complainig. I strongly urge you not to move here and if you kive her to start looking somewhere else. They raised my rent from $799.00 to $976.00 '''' For this place I don't think so, even the 6 month lease is too high at $899.00 per month. I am soooo ready to go that I hate comin in the house at night.

I haven't seen any rats but the roaches are serious. They even ride the elevators with you.

I know all of what I HAVE READ IS TRUE, MY SISTER LIESV THERE AND CANT WAIT TIL HER LEASE IS OVER IN NOVEMBER, I GLAD IM MOVED SOMWHERE ELSE, I ALMOST MOVED THER GLAD I DIDNT
