I have been here for 8 months and for the most parts I've enjoyed staying here. The people in the rental have been nice. They are doing alot of improvements. The walls are must be soundproof because I don't here anything from my surounding neighbors at all except when someone decides play their music extremely loud so the whole floor can hear. They are making alot of improvements to the building and it looks nice. Now the bad: The 2nd Bedroom really needs to bigger though. I was disappointed in that. The linen closet is unusually narrow. I don't what they thinking when they put that in. I had roaches when I first got the apartment but I bombed it before I moved in and then I put boric acid down. I seen any roaches in months. This past week there I have had four mices in my apartment and that's has made me have second thoughts about being here. I didn't have any mice until this past week and my son said he can hear them in walls. Someone keeps pissing in the elevator, which real trifling. Hopefully with new security cameras in the elevators now they can catch the person. Speaking of elevators, They need to replace them damn elevators. Sometimes you have to wait 5-10min for the elevator to come. Don't try to catch it from the basement or the 1st floor, that's a longer wait. There is a problem with some people throwing their trash in the hallways and on the elevators. This building is full of teenagers. They run around the hallways and up and down the stairs making a whole bunch of noise all hours of the night like they are 6 years. It is so annoying. It use to be a bunch of they hanging in they lobby but security has cut back on that a little. And the language. Them kids have some foul mouths on them and don't care who standing around them. The tow company will find the dumbest reason to tow your vehicle so they can get some money. There's not enough handicapped parking.

I haven't had any problems while staying here, but there is a whole lot changes that need to take place.
