I am a resident at Ashton heights and have been since september. The first week here i knew it was a mistake. There are roaches terribly, the elevators never really work I've had to walk to the 8th floor with my 9 month old just to catch the elevator to the 16th floor. The elevators can take 15 minutes to come if they come, after a certain time they don't come. The "security" they brag about sucks, they hang out infront of the building, never really on post and they get high right out front.
Women are advised not to use the laundry facilities alone because there was a rape last week and from what I here 3 reported rapes last year. In addition if you do move in change your locks immediately because from what I here the maintanance workers are responsible for the breakins around here. Don't be too impressed with the cameras the are just for show.

its something with you anonymous people who hide behind your words i have been here since 2005 and never heard anything like this....hopefully you have moved out by now and we dont have to deal with the lies anymore. Now that old establishment may have been something else and the old guards...this is a new company and new guards and we have not had that experience you are not even allowed on the front of the building your car cannot even be sitting in the circle for any periods of time.

Cars not sitting in the circle for any periods of time is not true. I have watched on numerous ocassions and see cars in the circle for periods of time (June & July '09).
