Hello. I know how seriously I took this website when I was looking for a new apartment and so I promise to be completely honest about my rental experience with Ashton Heights. I will keep updates on here from time to time as well because things change you know' Anyhow, so I moved into Ashton Heights on 08/29/2008. I absolutely love rental staff. Ms. Joyce Jones, Yvonne, and Jujuan especially. They went above and beyond in getting me situated for my move. My apartment overall was very clean and I love it however, I did have a few minor repairs that needed fixing when moving in. One of them was more urgent than others (my disposal) and I lie to you not, I called manintenance on the phone to come and fix it and they were ringing my doorbell in less than ten minutes. I was in aww. I have a four year old so we played at the very clean playground. I ran downstairs Sunday morning to grab cereal and milk. This was highly convenient. That store is great! The elevators are clean as well. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my experience with Ashton Heights. Although, today is only my fifth day there. I would completely recommend Ashton Heights at this point in my residency. I will be back with more information soon.

I am currently thinking of moving into Ashton Heights and I wanted topossibly get an update of what you thought of the place...noise, bugs, mice...etc. thanks

Hi. I am currently thinking of moving to Ashton Heights with my family and would like to get an update. As of now have there been any mice, roaches, maintanance problems, car thefts or problems with parking, concerns with the elevators or problems with tenants, rental office. Please respond we are trying to find a descent place ASAP before it gets too cold. Thank you.

Hello, (New Tenant - M. Smith) I was just approved to move into Ashton Heights a couple of days ago. I will be moving in towards the end of February on the 3rd floor. I must say, out of all the places I've contacted and visited over the past month or so, Ashton Heights gets a 10 in my book for professionalism and friendliness. Each one of the ladies in the office were just precious. The hospitality I received on that day from Ms. Jujuan, Ms. Joyce and Ms. Yvonne was awesome. The apartment I was shown was awesome. Clean as a whistle. No odors, dead bugs, or steal wool jammed in holes. The bathrooms were fresh, and the apartment was so spacious. The hallways and the grounds of the apartment were more than pleasing to my eyesight. The laundry room was better than any I've ever seen and the fitness center was definitely A PLUS! I am waiting in anticipation to actually be a tenant in this building. And after hearing the rave reports from my soon to be neighbors this just confirms in my spirit that this is my new home!

and you will not experience any bugs, mice or anything else as long as you keep your place clean....maybe occassional kids going through the hall corridors but thats it...

Yes, I'm still very happy with Ashton Heights I must say. I'm now 7 months in and I'm still just as pleased and have still not had any rodent problems at all. It's a good look. Trust me. I even asked my son if he wanted to move and he said no because he likes it here. So all is well on my end.

Roaches and mice still exist. I encountered dead roaches on my move-in day, which I didn't appreciate. First impressions are lasting. That was not a good look. I had already made up my mind that this was not the place for me. Will be moving at the end of my lease.
