Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2004
I have lived hear for a over 10years and over those ten years i have seen over 5 management take over and this last one is very poorly staffed. they are all about money and never ask what can they do to make this complex a better place to live. kids hang out all over sometimes all through the night making noise. and i think if i would to live in any place in md i would not choose capital crossing. when it snows the side walks are not sheveled or your car will be stuck for days on the streets filled with snow..they do not plow very good. if i had to rate this place i would rate 1-10...overal would be a 3
