I lived there for four years, and the only thing I have to complain about is how William C. Smith, (the managment company), refuses to compromise with Direct TV...So if you live on the side with a lot a tress, blocking a clear sight lines...Forget about having Direct TV....and NO they wont let Direct TV mount a bracket on the side of the building.....
And the roaches,...It's an ongoing struggle with the roaches.....Its War....
But other than that maintance is pretty good about adressing complaints.
