Capital Crossing Apartments

Horrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Somehow lived at these god awful apartments for a year and a half. Had neighbors who NEVER worked and blasted music at all hours of the day, night, and wee hours of the morning. Not to mention, these folks had random people coming and going at all hours of the morning as well. The walls, floor and ceiling were paper thin which added to the noise level. Security door was always disabled by these lovely neighbors of mine. Roaches were a constant pain to top it off. Unless you're a Section 8 resident, avoid living here... if you can even call it living. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
