I have lived in Capital Crossing since April 2004 and am I glad my lease is up 3/31/05. I just had my car vandelized to the point where my insurance company totaled my car, they absolutely destroyed my car. And everyone else's too. They have been on a breaking in spree since the beginning of the year (2005). It is also a struggle to find parks at night and they only have 1 visitor spot per building (NO PARKING PASSES AT ALL), that is a strain for my guest who comes to visit always having to get up and check on their car in fear of the damn tow truck. It sucks, even the girl who worked in the rental office that lived across the hall from me moved b/c they vandelized her boyfriends car and she was threatened by a tenant who was locked out of our building one night. Its a nightmare and if you have not been accustomed to ducking , duck cause those bullets will fly.

my huband and i have been here since JUne of 2005 and we have not had any of those problems the rental office have obviously been listneing to the residnet and doing something about it. their have been violence but nothing that could not happen while walking down the street. the tow trucks hardly come around but they will come around when you are sleeping which is abouut 5 or 4 oclock in the morning when it is less dangerous for them.. but parking has gotten better
