...you're a working professional or just someone who works a regular eight hour day, then this apartment is not for you. Lazy, ignorant, ghetto neighbors will party all throuhout the night as you're trying to sleep. And, of course, they're all asleep while you're working yourself to death on account of not being able to ever catch some decent rest.
