Awful...where do I begin' My car has been broken into three times within a four month period.

Maintenance....I'm still waiting on them to fix my garbage disposal and backed up sink which I've called them about 10 times for in the past 8 weeks. Also, the closet door is broken and the kitchen cabinets are falling apart. They used to pay for everything except electric, now you're on your own for gas also which is outrageous with the rates that washington gas charges.....I'm talking $200 bill for one month in a on bedroom apartment.

They recently put in new glass door and windows. Put a note on your door the day before they entered the apartment asking you to move everything from around the door area. Came back the next day to find the new windows and door installed with no blinds, my light on and everything I own exposed to everyone walking by (I live on the 1st floor). They said the blind were on order, but I didn't get mine until 4 weeks later!! Had to put sheets up.
