I moved into Capitol Corssing on 4-1-05 and hated living there for several reasons and here they are..

1. Nosy neighbors..My neighbor found it necessary to play her loud music late at night and into the early morning..Not to mention she also had her t.v up so loud at night that I could hardly get a goodnight's sleep.

2. The roaches....They were every where..No matter how many times I sprayed my apartment the would be coming back three deep.

3. Maintance..I put in a request for them to come fix my tub that kept leaking into the neighbors down stairs apartment..They came and fixed 3 weeks later..only to have to keep coming over to redo the same job 4 times.. Then when the removed they removed the lining in my tube they knowed towels of the shower wall and left a trench along the floor by the tub, and knocked a big hole in the wall. Quess how long it took them to come fix that. After 7 months of complaining and 1 call to corporate office..8 Months..

4. Loitering.....

5. Guys outside smoking weed in front

6. All three of my cars where hit in the parking lot over 3 months.

7. No security

I will not or ever want to go back there again.

i woluld like to say the security is very true it is has gotten better but it is not where it should be but it has gottan better and PG police come by and drive pass and sit in the lot. the roaches i would say it depends on how clean your nieghbors and how slean you keep your apart. I have not seen any roaches in tewo monthes the minute i see one i call for the exterminator and than put my name down on the next time to make sure that they have died the nieghbors being outside it depends on the buildingyes i do have people that sit outside on my building but they also have kids that are playing in the front because the playground is around the corner and most of the time thye are playing football or tag. It also depends on the buildings that you are in far as the noisy neighbor just like living in any apartment community. When i want something done immediately i go to the rent office after the second time and get on that tail. I like everyone in the rent office except for the manager but i do not have to deal with her and her staff knows me by name and i like that and they are very willing to ask any concerns that i have. to the best of their knowledge but because they have other residents that they have to care for they will forget about something that is just human nature. Ask for a building that has less young people and you will be okay beside my twin 2year old their are maybe ten children in here that you may forget are in the building. I like it here
