I absolutely hate living here. My lease is about to be up and I cannot wait to move. First of all, my apartment is infested with Ticks and fleas that come from the laundry room right next door to my apartment. My skin blistered up from the numerous bites and I had to be put on antibiotics. Of course the rental office didn't care. They just kept saying they will handle it. I also have mold in my master bedroom closet that they would not fix. They just painted over it. I have a newborn baby and we cannot sleep in the bedroom because of the mold (it can make the baby sick). After about 20 phone calls to the rental office, I finally called William C. Smith and they made them fix the problem. Now the mold is back. The men that fixed it even told us that it will continue to come back because we are next door to the laundry room. We asked to be transferred to another apartment, and they told us we could not move. And to top all of that off. When we applied, we asked about a 3 bedroom because I was pregnant at the time, they told us that one would be available soon and that we can get it. But a year later, they still do not have any 3 bedrooms. If they wouldn't told the truth, we would not even be here in the first place. I HATE THIS APARTMENT!!! Please do not move here.
