This dwelling is one of the most insensitive places I have ever lived. The parking is horrible. There's plenty of VISITORS parking in the very front of the complex to make you think Capital Crossing has plenty of parking. However, the truth is if you reside in the middle or upper end of the complex you will have a time trying to find parking even if you're not a visitor. There's only four VISITORS parking spaces (two each)in those areas. If you're not home by at least 7pm each night. You will probably find yourself parking and walking from the next county. In order for your guest to stay a night. You will need a parking permit that's only given out if you put the person on your lease(go figure). If you take the chance of your guest staying overnight without the permit. Their vehicle will be towed at $100 out of pocket expense. The laundry rooms are in terrible conditions as well. Lets put it like this...one laundry room (four washers and four dryers) which most are usually not working for three buildings to use. I have never received any monies back from being lost in the machines. The laundry rooms are usually not kept up. THEN...the rental office had the audacity to change the laundry room times from 8am - 8pm to 830am to 4pm. What kind of nonsense is this'! The adjacent walls in your apartment are paper thin. You hear everything and I mean everything coming from your neighbors. Your doors are also paper thin. If someone is in the hallway you can hear their entire conversation. Capital Crossing have a "NO PETS" policy but it seem like there are just as many dogs as there are residents. Some cats too. AND....to add injury to insult, my rent just went up for the second time and I've only be here almost two years. You might be asking yourself, Why am I still here' My answer is ... I am in the process of moving. This place is not worth $1000 a month for any apartment. I'm telling all of this because I really don't want you to make the same mistake as I did. You have now been FOREWARNED !!!!

I reside here therefore I don't need an invite to see the mess that's going on here. I have first hand experience.

CAPITAL CROSSING IS INDEED A BAD PLACE TO LIVE, THE DRUGS, THE NOISE, AND THE WALLS ARE INDEED PAPER THIN, YOU CAN HEAR THE PERSON NEXT TO YOU CONVERSATION, AS WELL AS THE PERSON USING THE BATHROOM, I LEFT RIGHT AFTER MY LEASE WAS UP.
