I live here for 1 year and I love it here. I have no problem with the community at all. I seen police on the site walking and sitting in there car. Kids running around to the play ground and big kids playing basketball. So why do you believe what people say. I'm a strong believer that listening to people get you in a whole lot of trouble and not seeing for yourself.

ITS A SHAME MANAGEMENT AT CAPITAL CROSSING ARE WRITING THEIR OWN GOOD REVIEWS TO RENT THEIR APARTMENTS, TELL THE TRUTH, IF IT WASN'T SO BAD, WHY ALL THE POLICE PRESENCE, AND DO YOU EVERY MENTION THAT SECTION 8 IS AT THE PROPERTY, AND WITH SECTION 8 RENTERS COMES THE DRUGS, IF YOU HAVE TO PAY MARKET RENT WITH IS TOO HIGH FOR THESE PAPER WALL APARTMENTS ITS NOT WORTH IT, I KNOW IT PERSONALLY FROM EXPERIENCE, THAT IS WHY I COULDNT WAT FOR MY LEASE TO BE UP. JUST A WARNING FROM SOMEONE WHO LOVES A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE AND CAPITAL CROSSING IS NOT THE PLACE.

@ Original poster u dont live here u work here...lol This place is awful! So bad I dont know where to begin. Dont listen to managment's blatant lies posted on here. They sure have alot of free time on their hands and I guess so since any wise person would not bother trying to rent here. Drug dealers, your kids wont be safe, roaches, no parking, no peace of mind. Please dont make the mistake of moving here. Consider yourself warned!

Dont listen to those people, this place is good, ive lived here for almost two years now, and though i do have some complaints i still think its way better than other places in the area, for the price theyre asking, they do good. I would tell people to come here, have you ever thought : if its so bad, why dont i do something about it? instead of making other people deal with my problems?
