Ok, so you want to know what I mean by tickery' I'll start fromt he begining. I've been living here for over a year now. Not by choice though.
WHen I first got here, everything was fine. I loved the spot, I had a nice little student discount, and everything was fine. THen, after about 3 months, relatiy set in.
Maintainace is rude, nobody in management EVER returns phone calls, security is a joke and the only thing that is consistent is the grounds keepers.

THere have been so many incidents that have happened since I moved in:

- A man was able to get pass security in his car- this is a man who had been following me 30 minutes prior in his car after seeing me in a hair store. No lie! I had to call 911 after running into my home!

- THese people will charge you for all kinds of stuff and out of nowhere for NOTHING! Example, they claimed I didnt pay my rent, gave my name and address to the District Court of Maryland claiming I owe them my rent plus over 800 in late fees and then after two weeks of showing them proof of payment so they made up some excuse and charged me some 16.50... i paid it so I could go home because I was so frustrated (they never clearly explained what it was it was).

- My rent increase was told to me ON THE DAY OF MY 30 DAY NOTICE. In other words, I got the letter saying I would be charged 150 dollars more for rent on the last day that could have given a thirty day notice to move out! TRICKERY!

- the people in management suck. My building manageris a prick and so are the other people who work there. THey all seem nice but the are in it to screw you over. THey will take advantage of any loop hole they can find and the results for the lease are not pretty.

I'm just warning you. I'm locked into another l2 month lease- I hope you find a nice place with nice people. In another 12 months, I will do the same.

when things go wrong, i usually check myself & see if i'm doing something wrong. possibly, could your frustrations be translated through your communications to these offices? just a thought, not a sermon. why didn't you have a choice of where to live? that makes no sense to me. i've learned, that most rash decisions are based on emotion. you made a payment because you were frustrated. that's your fault. don't let anyone make you do something & you not understand why. you're stronger & greater than that. trust me! baby, if you notice someone is following you, you should've driven to the police station & got that pervert nabbed. never bring trouble to your front door -- ever. its not trickery, it may be illegal. have you done your research? there are ways out of your lease, just take some time to read it & you may surprise yourself. peace...

you ain't never lied about that when me an my bestfriend moved in here of 1/2006, the next few days them little criiters started to come out, I mean it got so worst they was in the kicthen, my bedroom even one day I was in the bed on a saturday morning I saw a baby roach just crawling up towards me....not only that I go in the kitchen I see them all over the floor-I placed them combat baits about 2 in the kitchen area underneath the cabinets: I was like dag babies big ones from medium size ones...its okay living over here but, I do worry about my life walking home from the subway station I am constantly watching my back like every minute....my main concern is that my neighbor on the bottom floor has a cat she lives it outside I hear cats growling at one another or chasing, fighting whatever I mean its terrible...I can't live in an enviroment that I don't feel comfortable in but sometimes you haft to make do of what you have...me personally I cannot live in a dirty apartment...I stay in kaywood like for 5 year I've had problems with roaches I called maintence they took care of my problem without no hesitations at all...kaywood has good maintence service I mean round the clock if its a problem with the toilet, shower head, garbage disposal, or tub leakage you call bam!! they're their like in 10 minutes to the most...they don't have that hanging around the front or noise-cause they will put anybody out for any reason necessary.
