I have lived at Carriage Hills for about three years and I must say it's not half bad. Are there time when I didn't live in Suitland...yes! but the inperfections of the area have nothing to do with management. I have lived at several diffrent communities in the area and this experience is by far the best yet. To start you call the rental office and they are sooo professional. Sometimes I can't tell if it' the voice mail or a live person. Everytime I speak with my building manager, he is alway pleasant, professional, and acts as if he actually enjoy's his job. He greets me by name evrytime, I also witness him treating other residdents the same way. You can go in to the office totally pissed off, and after speaking / laughing with the building you are made comfortable again.

Maintenance is always on time, and I can honestly say, the staff members are as happy to see you each time you visit as the day you first moved in.

NEVER EXPERIENCED THAT IN PG COUNTY BEFORE...

you must be very attractive. studies have shown that better looking people receive better treatment. some people got it & some don't. enjoye what you're getting, becuase so many others are not.
