Home Sweet Home! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have been a resident of Carriage Hill for about a year now and I absolutly love it here. The community is situated on Branch Avenue, so I understand there is not a lot The Management team can control. As it relates to what they can control, they do it well. To start, The staff is consistantly customer service driven. Most places in this area are the exact opposite. I am so pleased with the level of respect I recieve; until minor obstacles don't bother me. For this to be an older complex management takes good care of the community. You can call the office today or 90 days after you move in and receive sincere undivided attention. My sister has the same experience over at Oxon Hill Village another Southern Management Staff.
