I lived in CH for one year from 2002-2003 in a hard wood floor mid-rise and never had an infestation or difficulty from management. My experience was absolutely perfect. The rent was reasonable and maintenace was professional and efficient. It is also within walking distance to the metro station and grocery store. Grounds were well kept and yes quite often it was necessary to park a distance about from my residence but it was expected in such a large complex. A moderate amount of noise is expected from living in a large complex as well, it's a apartment not a single family home.
