I can say that I am happy with Carriage Hill. I do have only two complaints:
1. The thin walls! I can hear everything from the apartment above me. It sounds like a marching band up there!!!
2. The maintenance department is horrible!!! All I asked them to fix is the mirror in the bathroom and that was two months ago and I'm sill waiting!
Other than that Carriage Hill has been a great place to live. My kids love that the school is right on the property!
For the others that have posted: I don't think it's fair to speak about other peoples children calling them bad or anything else.
My kids have a lot of fun playing in the area and I would hate for someone to think they were ghetto, loud or bad just because they're enjoying a nice day. Think about what you write before you hit the send button!
