I have been a Carriage Hill resident since 2003 and I have been pleased with the management as well as the property. We all complain about the amount of money that we spend for rent but in reality if you were to compare the rental prices for apartments in the area they are pretty much the same.
As far as the management Anthony, Brian, Sonya and Michelle have been nothing but helpful. My car was towed two times in one week at one point, I dont take it out on Carriage Hill it is not their responsibility to make sure that I have a valid parking pass, but even though it took a little longer than I expected to get my registration they provided me with the parking pass so that I could park with no problems. If Carriage Hill is so bad MOVE, my philosophy is that if there is something bothering you so much that it frustrates you or makes you upset then remove yourself from the equation.
