I have been living at CH for 4 years and I can say that my stay has been pleasant... but then the mice came.. I have killed 4 mice in my apartment.. and I am on the top floor... If I am infested like this what on earth is going on downstairs... the maintenance however is always on point and I have no complaints... except for the excessive late fees (they are ridiculous)... but in their defense if I didn't pay late I wouldn't have to worry about the fees... I have enjoyed my stay here... Oh yeah and one more thing the parking situation is terrible... I have two children and if I come home after 7 we have to walk 100 miles just to get to the house... suggestion... mark visitors parking at the end of the complex and let the paying residents park closer... Other than that it is an ok place to live..
