I stay here now and there are some things that are good about them like the maintenance department and staff is great! but other things like parking, they will tow your call if you don't have a pass and you have to get the pass from the front office every two weeks which is very stupid when they are keeping record of cars that enter the lot, price for the apartment is to high for the very old applicances they have in there, I often have to call maintenance about a problem with the stove or the fridge, luckly they (the maintenance dept is on point) and the kids there are not playfull at all, they smoke weed on the play ground while the little kids are there, they curse and fight often, which is the main reason why I don't like the apartments... it's the HOOD!
