I have been familiar with this property 10 years ago as my aunt used to live here. Back then to be honest the bugs were an issue but the apartments were nicely sized. Since I was introduced to the 2nd change program; was able to move here myself in Sep 2006. I love my apartment. It is very spacious, with beautiful floors; the building is always clean, and NEVER nosey. The faint traffic on Suitland Parkway can be heard from my bedroom which is a calming way to go to sleep. The most appealing fact of all is that the rent includes all utilities, that s what actually SOLD ME. There are not many places in the metro area that will give you al utilities, dishwasher, walk-in closets, and more for the price that I pay each month. I would definitely refer ANYONE to my property.

I just moved in Carriage Hill less than a week ago and I have to say that the staff is excellent and very friendly, professional, patient and helpful. Jonathan, Keisha, Jackie and Sonya are great! With any new apartment, there are some concerns but Carriage Hill maintenance addressed the small concerns that I have. I look forward to living here.

I am actually moving here at the end of the month I am so please to see that this complex has received such great ratings because, I want my relocation to be absolutely peaceful. I hope my experience will be the same as the rest enjoyable!!!
