I have lived here for about 4 years. I've only been here for as long as I have because all the utilities are included adn until I can save enough to move into a bigger place. Resident Services can be nice...at least most of them. The apartments are nice but they keep going up on the rent and don't do any upgrades to the apartments or the community. Manintenance usually comes within 24-48 hours after you call and emergency maintenance is pretty prompt but they don't always get it on the first go around. And they have a tendancy to come back a couple days after the work is completed to "recheck" when no one is home (disturbing)...I mean if you do it right, why do you need to recheck it' Security is rude and distrespectful and they don't speak to the people they need to be speaking. You have some unruly kids, some weed smoking, some noise, but it isn't terrible. Still, tiny annoyances get big if they continually happen for years.
