My family's car was broken into 3 times in BROAD daylight. I laugh anytime I see the so called "security" officers. They hang out with the teenagers and are rude and disrespectful to the TENANTS who live there and pay their RENT!!!! The staff is ok, they have their dumb moments though. The building I am in is usually always kept up (because I stay in the building that has the leasing office in it) I have heard complaints about the garden apts being terrible. I havent seen a roach or any mice since i have been there. I dont like the fact that they control the heat/air conditioning so that they can save some money. Its too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. Overall, I would say this was the best place in this area, at lest my building is, and its reasonably for the area. If you want better, I suggest you get FAR from this area.

I live in the garden style apartments and yes i have roaches. I have only been here two months and no more. im giving them my one months notice today. i can honestly say that i regret moving to the garden style apartments.
