I moved into CH in aug. 2008. And overall I enjoy my new place... trust me it could b worst... I've read on here a lot of issues regarding roaches... well sharing a common space will most likely result in something.... just b glad its not mice... some act as thou renting an apt u gonna get condo treatment... NOT.
since I've been here yes I have SEEN a few but not enough to say its ''ROACH HILL''. I mean really it could b a lot worse. It is not only the management duty to rid of them but its also urs... whose to say its not someone in ur buildin with them.considering its at least 12 or 14 units per building... saying that u can't say just because a few ppl have them its infested... because believe me I have broken a lease due to infestation.... since I have been here I have truely enjoyed my home.. The apts r large enough for me and my family and my side is ok .. It can get loud at times but hey almost everyone has kids and that's gonna happened...
Overall I give CH a 8 .. I think that CH is on the list with very few other GOOD apt complexs in PG county... I figure hey if u don't like it .. They give u 30 days to leave.. Why didn't u.. (Roaches don't take 30 days to appear)...
