Ok I've read everyones opinions on here and I would like to add that these apartments suck. The wall are thin you can hear people in the next apartment on the phone or there company. People inmy building play music really loud all hours of the daya nd night. I didn't know Carriage Hill had a club. Now I must say the apartmetn is a nice size. The roaches I've encountered are here and there. I had a leak in the kitchen sink. When I opened the cabinet door indier the sink I seen the jist of there so called extermination. Which are Roach glue traps. Thats not something that you want to see when trying to figure out where water is dripping from. Anyway, I asked that maintanence show up in the afternoon when I got home so I could see what they did. I came home at 1:30 in the after noon to find they had already been there. Now my sink is clogged up and nobody has been there to fix it. It's been a month now since they were notified. My A/C in the summer time was a joke I still had to go to National Wholesale and get some tower fans to keep my bedroom cool. The liing room however is the only cool place in the house. Until it's filled with people. The parking lot is terrible my car got broken into. Security wasn't even on the primises when that happened. It wasn't until after I got my car broken into and filed a report that security showed back up. However they young male teenagers are always walking up to my visitors asking them if they want any weed. The kids in the neighborhood are some of the most sexually advanced kids I've ever come across. And if you leave the neighborhood after 7p.m. good luck with finding a parking space. I've drove around for 15 minutes just to park 7 minute away from my home. I would not ever recomend anyone to CARRIAGE HILL APARTMENTS.
STAFF GET A 3 OUT OF 10 EXCEPT JONATHAN HE MAKES U BELIEVE THAT THESE APARTMENTS ARE WORTH HAVING.
OVERALL GROUNDS GET A 8, CLEAN NEIGHBORHOOD EXCEPT WHEN TRASH CANS ARE FULL.
MAINTENANCE GETS 5 I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY SINK REPAIR. AND ANOTHER EXTERMINATION.
