I was here in Nov 08 writing about Carriage Hill do I decided to come back with more. My phone jacks never worked when i moved into Carriage Hill they painted over them and blocked them. I was told by the rental office that I would have to pay for Verizon to come out and fix it. However once I stated that I would be taking those fee's from the rent. They decided to pay for it. But, here's the catch... They only paid for 2 jacks and the other phone jacks are my responsibility. Is what I was told. I only have 2 working jacks in the unit now.

I wouldn't let my enemies live here. Some units have mice. So when you see all those cats in the neighborhood, just stop and think how many more mice than cats there are. Also people have dogs in a community that says no pets. I've seen at least 3 pitbulls and several small dogs. Futher more my apartment was supposed to be exterminated, WELL how about the exterminator knocked on my door @ 9 A.M.. when i answered he stated that he be back in about 5 minutes to exterminate, and never came back. It's been like 3 weeks now.

Ok robberies are on a all time high right now in Carriage Hill. From strong arm robbery to breaking an entering. The Youngsters out there are gonna make you catch a charge.

Carriage Hill never takes the time to investigate a complaint. So now I'm in a all out war with my neighbors who play the Carter 3 at 6 in the morning. Cause the rental office fails to do there job. And the Top Flight Security is a joke. There are only 2 security officers and they drive around at night for about 15 minutes, one parks while the other parks somewhere else and goes to sleep. I know because my music woke him up as i drove past. Or they're blocking everyone else for getting home because they want to sit and talk to each other when they should be driving around the neighborhood securing the grounds. However if you pull up behind security they'll move make whatever turn is the closest and act like they driving around.

Another thing I received a letter once about weed coming from the apartment or like they say CDS. However I just got home so I know it wasn't me. Futher more the security can never catch the youngins smoking as they walk to 7-11 or walk through the neighbrhood letting folks know they got some weed for sale. Not to mention some of the employees smoke on the grounds as well or with other tenats in they're apartment homes. How do I know this well again one of the youngins selling weed ask me if I smoked and the guy with the southern management uniform was right there with him. Telling me I could smoke with him. As he tried to get my number. They should change the name of these to either Roach Hill or Ghetto Hill either one would be a good fit.. My lease is finally up and I'm leaving the hell whole for good. Never to look back .....


Last but not least Carriage Hill has a no pet policy right... Wrong Wrong Wrong.... The folks under me has a pitbull. And I've seen others walking there animals too.

Tonya in the rental office needs to be a little bit more aware of whats going on in the community b4 she send letters to someone's home.

Tony: Is as anal as he wants to be. And can't help but to know he;s right about everything. And if you try to prove him wrong he will over talk you. Become defensive before he decides to listen.

There's only one person I've spoken too that wasn't ignorant. And I don't even know her name. So consider it a good thing.

Hey love your posting I agree with you a 110%...I cant even get into what i have been thru. I am I am only on month to month. Anyway I would love to chat with you because I am thinking about starting some type of tenant association to deal with these on going issues because CH cannot continue to charge the amount of money that they charge for Roach infested, Mice infested, Favoritism showing Community... Carriage Hill is full of sh!!!!!!!. There maintenance doesn't do there job and there fake security don't do nothing either that's why I moved out.You have to tell the security at the booth the address where you are going, but you can come in there on foot or on the bus that is stupid.I wouldn't recommend these apartments for my worst enemy.They want you to pay alot of money for rent and don't want to do there job. Never understood the parking situation, they want to monitor how many people visiting your residence for what. I pay the same price they wanted for a one bedroom for a two bedroom and I love it.

what do u think security should be doing. Top Flight Security u call them but I recently encountered security. They knocked on my door asking me about the youngsters smoking weed in my building or just plain ol'loitering and gave me numbers to contact them for any suspicious people or activity going on. My first thought was like security knocking at my door they at the wrong door I not doing anything wrong.... Then they said they are knocking on doors letting the community know that they need residence to be proactive when suspicious people or activity from weed to people sitting in cars, pets , a group of young people hanging in the building in front of or around whatever maybe a concern let them know. I am a female and what they were saying i felt like whatever; but i was thinking and i ask if we call what would be the outcome? They said i would be anonymous , and they would ensure what we called about will be dealt with from property rules being enforced and criminal activity being dealt with too ensuring lawful actions being taken... So to you who have something to say pointing out the problem.... give solutions Become involved let security know whats good

just because your apartment look like some crap don't blame ot on carriage hill because my apartment is clean and I DON'T WORK HERE EITHER. U PROBABLY ON SECTON 8 WITH ALOT KIDS. THAT'S WHY YOUR PLACE LOOK LIKE THAT (rentingdrovemecrazy)

look here anonymous, u either ------- someone in residential services or you work for them, like i said b4. And don't compare the kids I don't have to your kids. No section eight over here boo...... Y do I bother talking to liars anyway... We all know the truth. That's why it's recommend 42% out of 100%.. So u r the trash u like to live in -----...
