I ve been living here for 2 years. The apartment is not too bad. I do not interact with the staff very often. However, when it was necessary, they have been rude and acted as if they did not want to do there job. We have had troubles with maintenance losing our request and not showing up within a timely manner. Other than that, I like where I live. Of course you have problems with noisy neighbors (children) running around upstairs but if you're strong enough you handle your business. They are serious about parking. Visitors MUST have a pass.

that's what i always hear about MD apts, resident services suck, but they are dead on with the parking restrictions!

Yeah, what's the deal w/the parking? I live in a MD complex w/LOADS of parking, but have 2 have a sticker and provide a pass for only 1 guest. What am I supposed 2 do if more than one friend/family member wants 2 visit me at the same time??? Ridiculous.
