THIS PLACE HAS WENT FROM BAD TO WORSE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2006 1 response   I've been living here for eight years, through three management companies, and things were suppose to get better yea right! Maintenance stinks always has always will. So many --------- you would think you were in Mexico. Maintenance looks like they were just released from jail. Pest control is terrible you call them they come and spray in the kitchen and bathroom and it seems as though they are feeding the bugs. My ceiling had a leak and it took a month to get it fixed, and another month to get the ceiling painted. Now they are remodeling the apartments after 50 years(I mean converting them into low income apartments) so if you make too much money(so they cannot get the tax credit on you) you will be givin a 30 day notice to vacate the residence with chance to renew your lease. All of these things they are doing is the opposite of what they said in the meeting. And with allentown apartments being next door this place is starting to fit in with them. You would think by this place being across the street from Andrews Air Force Base it would be much better.
