I've been a resident for four years now and when the apts were Bristol Pines (mgmt by Realty Mgmt Co.), they were falling apart, crime was horrible and mgmt was a joke. But when W.C. Smith moved in, he changed things for the better. And they are continuing to make improvement over time. Crime is out. We have security at night (they also have a hotline you can call and they will respond). They are continuing to renovate the apartments with new kitchens and bathrooms, light fixture, windows and balconies. They are also painting and updating the interior and exterior of the buildings. They keep the grounds clean (free of trash). Nothing changes overnight. It's a process and it takes time. As for the noisy neighbors, sometimes we unfortunately are stuck next to inconsiderate people and I would just report them to management. I truly believe they will take action in resolving the problem. The rent is very low considering location, and the quality of the apartments. They are large and roomy. I don't plan on living here forever, but I have to applaud mgmt for making an effort to turn this apartment complex around. In which they have done so far.
