Wonderful experience in the time of COVID-19. The application and lease signing process was very smooth and safe. Parking can be tricky however once you become use to the community it is a piece of cake.

The complex overall is basic standard living based on your expectations. There is plenty of parking but is restricted to a parking pass for the tenants, which is ok, there are not many options for guests. The upkeep of the grounds can be cleanier.

My experience and living at the Admiral Apts. has been enjoyable. The staff and maintenance staff are professional, pleaseant. I love the location, convinent to stores, restaurants, and easy access to the beltway.

It has been nice like better kitchen appliances and, better parking more visitor parking other than that the neighborhood is pretty nice. Nice neighbors and the office staff is well informed when I have a question.

I love my apartment home and would like to refer more family and friends to my community. My cousin moved in 2020, she loves her new home. Very quiet neighborhood and neighbors. I love the office staff

The apartments are okay. Buildingd and grounds are cleaned daily.. Closets are spacious. Kitchens need to be updated. Need to better vet potential residents. Need to get control of the rodents....

my experience here has been peaceful . The neighbors are friendly . Seems like we lookout for one another. And during this pandemic we are trying to maintain social distancing. I miss the summer that is when you see everyone to say hi.
