It is not that bad! A new company has just taken over and seems to be doing alot of changes. The last company did have rude staff but they had began upgrades to the property grounds. Main. is slow but they get things done in one trip. I have seen one roach in the three years that I have been here. I have heard of car thefts in the area but that is most og P.G. County now days. There are alottt of kids in the area and most of the loitering is done at the playground or that area. I am not saying the neighborhood is the best but I have been to some ruff areas and this is okay for the price. The new company is suppose to begin the upgrade of the inside but we shall see!

The new company has redone the outside of the buildings and it's not much of an improvement. they have gated up the playground so that's a BIG plus and safety measure for the kids. I haven't heard of any car thefts in the 3 years I've been there. Children are bad, but blame that on the parents not the facility. Got a new roommate, i'll name him MICKEY MOUSE! ((shaking head)). The location is PERFECT, but I just can't deal with this. Maybe if i had another floor, things would be different. We have a nice office staff but SLOW maintance. at least the old company had rude office but prompt maintance! lol, can't seem to win for loose a real catch 22 with this complex if you wish to move here.

THE CHANGE IN OFFICE STAFF HAPPENED TWICE DURING THE 2 YEARS I LIVED THERE (2001 - 2003) AND EVEN AFTER THE CHANGE IT SUCKED. THE KEPT THE PLAY GROUND AREA IN SPIFFY SHAPE EVEN BUILT THAT PRETTY NEW PLAYGROUP IN THE FRONT WHILE I WAS LIVING THERE BUT THEY DIDN'T WANT TO FIX THE PROBLEM THAT WAS CAUSING THE ELETRICAL PROBLEMS IN MY APT, OR THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL WHEN IT DAMN NEAR FLOODED MY KITCHEN. DON'T EVEN ASK! LUCKY FOR ME I DIDN'T HAVE ANY MOUSE OR ROACHES IN MY APT. OR THEY WOULD HAVE DROWNED IN THE FLOOD.
